Missed Tip Top Taps when they were on Washington road. So glad to see that they reopened downtown with an awesome hangout space. I threw a going away and it was such an awesome time. They allow you to bring food and just chill. Plenty of seating and games. Amazing service and beer selections! Please go check them out.

They carry the best craft beer options in the area from some well known breweries. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the selection on tap. The space itself has a great layout, however, I do not love the seating options and how it doesn’t fit the feel of the establishment. Again, the space itself is great but I don’t enjoy the atmosphere and for that I often find myself leaving after only one beer. Also, while they have a great beer selection on tap they no longer carry as many beers as they had when they were open in Evans. In Evans, I would be there every other week for their great selection of beers you couldn’t find in any local liquor or grocery store and now they have only a few options. I understand they’ve only been open at this location a few months but do hope they once again expand their to-go selection. Overall, it’s defintely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

21 varieties of beer on tap. Games room on the second floor. There's plenty of seating. Laid back inviting atmosphere. Tip Top Taps is one of the go-to places on Broadstreet in downtown Augusta. I just added it to my favorite list of Augusta breweries.

Good place to experience new and unique beer. They have grains for home brewing, too.
Billing themselves as a homebrew supplier is misleading. They do have a very limited amount of supplies, which I could deal with but the staff is completely lost when it comes to homebrewing. They are also not very willing to help.We have all been to stores who's website said something is in stock only to find out it isn't. I live a hour away from Tip Top and called to insure they actually had yeast nutrient in stock. The young man who answered the phone would not check. He said "if it shows in stock it must be", that's it. If they weren't the only game in town I wouldn't even bother.
