We have gone here a few times, and it is unique against any dessert in town. Not as bland as “snow cones” and not as heavy as ice cream, the shaved snow is just really well done. Nice consistency, very flavorful, and presentations are top notch. My favorite is the Mango Snow, followed by the Dirty Snow - however it doesn’t seem like you can really go wrong. Give it a try if you haven’t already.

Atmosphere and ice cream are great, but customer service is odd. The cashier input our order incorrectly, and when we tried to correct it, the cashier just looked annoyed and took the ice cream back. The next person came out and showed us the receipt with the incorrect order and said that it's what it said. We said it was not correct. She then gave us 3 options: 1) refund the flavor, 2) she'll throw it away and we just get 2 despite paying for 3, or 3) we can just accept the incorrect flavor. Why wouldn't an option be to replace it with the flavor we actually ordered? The cashier skipped past the order screen so we couldn't see the flavors she'd input, and it was not read back to us. Honestly, the Grovetown location is 15 mins away from this one and we've not had an issue there - we'll just skip over this one and go to Grovetown from here on out. Super frustrating, would not recommend this location.

This is a unique place with unique dessert. The texture is different, but very good. The flavors were all great. I recommend the Dole Whip or the dulce de leche.

I don’t understand the hype. I guess just don’t order online for pick up? First time here I placed an online order for pick up (assuming that meant to go). When I show up the employee had it on a plate.. no biggie. But he told me I’m supposed to specify that I want it to go when placing the order online. I didn’t see an option for “to go” or “dine in” I only saw “pick up”. So he remade it. What I originally saw on that plate was beautiful. Truly a masterpiece of a dessert. But what he brought out as my to go was really disappointing and I later realized I was missing the chocolate shell topping and the brownies (which I really only ordered it because it has brownies) so I was really disappointed in my first time experience. Maybe I’ll try dine in next time. Idk how to explain what this “snow” stuff is, it’s just like really thin and soft shaved ice without the crunch. Really wasn’t worth $9.

We love this place! We drive an hour or so to visit. HOWEVER the more we frequent here they are always out of several ingredients chocolate, the boba’s, orange & so on. You can’t get a complete order of what you want because of this.

Vampire Penguin!!! The best place to beat the heat and cool off with something sweet. I'm reserved when it comes to new things but this stuff hits so many spots it's light, sweet, creamy, and perfect for two or just you. Hope you enjoy!
