My daughter and I went and she mistakenly ordered the Mexican candy. She had me sample it and the cayenne pepper got me. As I was coughing repeatedly, the manager or owner brought water over without my asking. Then he prepared a wonderful substitute treat free of charge. This type of customer service on top of a refreshing treat makes this a five star review!

Awesome place, desserts, and customer service! Even though we had a relatively large party about 25 mins before they closed, the staff seemed genuinely happy to serve us. My son spilled his Oreo and whipped cream, and the manager gladly replaced it. It was clear that owner Marvin Walker takes a lot of pride in not just the business, but the craftsmanship he put into each of our desserts. I was very pleased with our experience and will definitely be back!

Amazing hidden gem in the Riverwood Town Center in Evans, GA. Suprised this place doesnt have a line out the door all day! Great place to cure your sweet tooth desires and stay on your healthy diet - guilt free! Customer service was genuine and friendly with a sense of urgency. For those who are new, the staff has no problem walking you through the menu and answering your questions. Hard to believe it was a healthier alternative to ice cream because it was quite the treat. If your on your way to the store or even after shopping stop by and try it. It's a great place to get desert after visiting the neighboring restaurant as well.Vegetarian options: Vegan options available - be sure to ask.Dietary restrictions: Sugar-free options available - be sure to askKid-friendliness: Great place for kids! Nothing but smiles and good times, especially after getting the order.

Went to find something different to eat and found Vampire Penguin in Evans. The menu was full of great items to try and we tried the Strawberry Cheesecake. It was not only "eye appealing," but it tasted as good as it looks. Service was quick, prompt and courteous in a clean and relaxed atmosphere that is perfect to just unwind and enjoy the peaceful environment. I recommend Vampire Penguin to everyone looking for a great change of pace.

Amazing little place. Great tasting treats .. makes other shaved ice places taste like cheap syrup and sugar over ice.The presentation is amazing on every desert, they taste just as amazing as they look.

First we will start with the positives. The product tastes amazing and the store is always super clean.The customer service however is not great. I have stopped here every weekend for the past 4 weeks. Each time I have placed a pickup order over the phone no problem. Today, October 13 around 6pm I called in an order. Well, two minutes after placing it I called back because I forgot to add something to it. A different guy answered and told me that I do not have an order pending and that they do not do order aheads at all. He also added that they never have done them so I must be lying by saying that I have called in my order for the past 4 weeks. He was extremely rude and left a bad taste of the place for me. What is even more off putting about this situation is that they offer a coupon on their website on your first order ahead purchase!
