Superb restaurant, food, drink. Been back in the area for 3 years and this is our new favorite. Great date night spot with a lot of options from vegan to carnivore. Not overly seasoned, everything we have had on our two visits has been just right. Shae at the bar does an excellent job explaining the dishes and wines. If we lived closer this would be our weekly spot.

The entire scallop dish was very well prepared I enjoyed everything from the side salad, to the fried artichoke, the mashed potatoes and the small apples. The combination was great. The desert was outstanding. It's a must have if you are an apple by lover. The crust inside was just the right out of crisp. I am really hoping this is an item that is still on the menu when I return.

So - had a delicious pork chop for dinner - actually one of the best I have ever had. However, my wife's meal was cold, and over cooked surprisingly - very cold. She had the steak and lobster. We asked to have reheated - and it took another 10 minutes. Now - compliments to the team - they cooked a completely new meal. We would absolutely come back - it speaks volumes to me when an issue comes up with a meal and professionally addressed. So good food, ambiance, and management understands how to take care of the customer - good leadership!

What an amazing experience... I've been anticipating visiting Cork and Flame and it was all I expected it to be. Date night Friday, the wife and I visited during their one (1) year anniversary celebration and we had such amazing time. I made a same day reservation for two, the receptionist on the phone was polite and accommodating, we arrived and greeted at the door an offered to spend sometime at the wine where assorted cheese, crackers were available while sampling wines. The wife and I purchased a bottle to take to the table with us. We were escorted to our table and our waitress introduced herself (our waitress was outstanding) water and bread was delivered to the table and we place our order. We ordered the Mediterranean Salad and Lamb Ragu also the Lobster Tail and Fillet Mignon... Everything was delicious. After our meal we sat for awhile had a glass of wine while we enjoyed the live DJ. I would definitely recommend Cork and Flame to family and friends.

The service is impeccable. Absolutely perfect! The food was out of this world delicious. We had the dates, which were the perfect combination of sweet, salty, savory; the scallops were the best I've ever had! Perfect sear, beautifully flavored cream, fried artichoke with a bright micro green salad. The Ribeye was like butter, a perfect med rare, and my cocktail, the 49er, was so good. A terrific balance of bright, smooth, earthy. This is hands down our new place. I also love the size of the space-it feels almost exclusive. Cozy, upscale, and totally a

Cork and Flame is a welcome date night restaurant. We made a same day reservation and arrived a few minutes early. Our table wasn't ready, so we perused the wine shop and wine bar. We were escorted to our table shortly after and our night began. Our server was very enthusiastic about making sure we had a great dining experience. We both had the vegetarian tasting menu...let me say that again in all caps, VEGETARIAN TASTING MENU. Where else in Augusta serves a vegetarian tasting menu with wine pairings?! Loved this option and took advantage. The menu changes frequently but I will say I absolutely loved the brioche with lemon truffle butter, Mediterranean salad, jackfruit bbq sliders and mushroom Wellington. The chosen wines paired perfectly. We also had peach cobbler and apple pie with cappuccinos for dessert. Oh my... everything was delicious. To top it off Chef Justin came over and introduced himself. After a short but pleasant conversation, I am adding this spot to my favorites list immediately and joining the newsletter. It's so worth the drive from Aiken to frequent Cork and Flame. If I lived closer this would definitely be a frequent dining option.

My mother and I went to Cork and Flame for a celebration dinner tonight. When you first enter, you go in through the associated wine shop which looks awesome and expansive (will definitely be coming back to explore). We were promptly seated and greeted by our server. We started the meal with smoked trout and caesar salad. The smoked trout was a little salty but well balanced by the accompanying kale salad and mustard--would probably order again. The caesar was delicious; the parmesan tuile with it was exceptionally good. For entrees, we had the filet/lobster and the pork chop. My pork chop was very tender, expertly cooked and topped with delicious butter beans (though billed as field peas). It was accompanied by one of the best creamed corn I've ever had--large fresh kernels in a rich cream. My mother had the filet and lobster which was equally delicious. Will definitely be returning.

I travel with my job and I have eaten all over the country. Cork and Flame is easily one of the best meals I have ever had! Mad props to the Chef and what a fabulous team that takes care of you. I highly recommend the tasting menu and if you enjoy wine - get the pairing.

Was looking for a quick bite before a concert. Decor/Ambience: B Nice decor, very small bar area. I only found one bathroom and it was co-ed. Hopefully I missed another one. If not, that's a big problem. Service: C The bar staff was a bit much. Seemed like way too many behind the bar and were not communicating. We just grabbed a couple beer and appetizers. Food Quality: B We had two appetizers and they were good. Value: D Each appetizer was around $15. That's crazy. Not much bang for the buck here. Way overpriced. Chance of a return visit: I'm thinking not.

WOW! About enough said. My wife and I walked in with no reservations on Fathers' Day and they could seat us. The staff, with no exceptions, were friendly and professional. We started with the bakery appetizer. The lemon cheese pastry was amazing, the croissants were perfect, and the biscuits were beyond description. My wife has the biscuits and gravy and I had the boar sausage. All was amazing. We eat biscuits and gravy frequently and this was the best sausage gravy we have ever had. The boar sausage was perfectly cooked and seasoned. While not a fan of sauerkraut, I would eat theirs whenever possible. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The supposed "top" restaurants of Augusta need to be worried.

Our Dining experience was amazing! Food was delicious, our server McKay was awesome, the ambiance is simply beautiful! You can't go wrong with this place! The Brick Chicken was tender and the collard greens were AMAZING!!!!! The Pork Chop was moist and the cream style corn was delicious!

Had a lovely dinner with a friend. The ostrich appetizer was prepared with much attention with a lovely side of green and Peruvian peppers, which resembled more like tiny tomatoes with a good taste of its own. The tomato salad was very good. I chose lamb as my entree, grilled just right on top of mashed potatoes with a medley of roasted root vegetables on the side. The chocolate dessert was decadent and delicious.
