These are the absolute worst wings i ever tasted! I will never go back. Everytime ive been there the flavor gets worse. Not worth the price. The taste us horrific! Either change the flavor or close down!

Every time I order from this location there is an issue. I placed an order online and had to call the store to ask them to make my wings well done because the 5 piece doesn’t give you the option online. The man put me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back to the phone and said “ I went to check online to make sure.” Then today on 7/28/25 everything was wrong with my food(wings were soft and soggy, fries were cold and didn’t have the correct seasoning and missing the cheese). I contacted the store and spoke to the manager. The manager said the only way to fix the issue is if they have proof. I told her that I stay at least 30 minutes away and she said it didn’t matter they needed the food back. I’ve given this location numerous chances and it is constantly going downhill from management to the regular staff.

Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

Only use their delivery if you want an incomplete or incorrect order. Paid $3.99 for a large ranch and it was missing. Anyone that's been to Wingstop knows that the ranch makes it. Missing all of your ranch essentially wasted the entire meal. The owners care a lot about their business - the employees, not so much.

I just left from this place i am can't believe i ordered large fry and the boat was filled the amount for a regular fry, unacceptable this is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. not to mention my husband was talking to the cashier asking her about the error that came up on the card reader, this girl says ion know that's your card. wing stop needs to stop hiring these kids! they half ass when it comes to getting the job done! customer service sucked! the manager apologized for the girl being rude and smart mouthed. but about the fries i can't get the manager on the phone. annoying
