Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Just order 2 10 piece wings combo, one fried hard and the fries fried hard. Got home no ranch in either boxes or in bag, my wings were not fried hard and it was cold like the wings and sauce had been sitting out. Spent 35 dollars on this meal and I am very disappointed.

Food was good, service not so much. Tenders were a bit salty but overall ok. Customer service is not very good, hard to understand the girl upfront. Made the mistake of not checking before leaving and pretty much half of my order was missing. It was lunch and not too busy so there is no excuse. At least I got my money back.

Ordered food at 130 pm for a 500 pm delivery food was picked up on time but in tracking delivery they drove around for over an hour before it got here and when it did everything was cold and soggy $60 of food wasted won’t ever order from there

Stopped by here for lunch. Oddly enough, this was my first time ever at a wing stop. Prices are very fair and the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken sandwich with mango habanero sauce. Sauce was tasty and a little spicy. My wife ordered boneless wings with 4 different sauces. The only sauce she liked was the BBQ. Food was cooked after ordering and was fresh.

Been waiting 30 min (in store) for an order I placed online 25 minutes ago...( Approximate wait time was 19 min) This wouldn't be an issue if the manager would hang up his cell phone/personal call and help the TWO employees running the restaurant. The poor woman taking orders is running back and forth to the kitchen to help the other poor woman cook and bag orders. Anyone with common sense would think to hang up the phone and help your employees. This is my second time at this location, and will be my last. As I'm typing this the manage just continues his call, laughing and giggling like a school girl. It's extremely tough to watch these employees get beat down like this.
