Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Really disappointing paying for extra sauces not receive them. Didn’t get the bread we ordered. Was told only resolution was to drive all the way back show receipts. Waited a long time to get ordered messed up. The team member I spoke to was very unpleasant. Will go out of the way to avoid this location in the future. Sauces and missing items is disappointing but being polite would have made all the difference.

I’ve eaten a lot of different Zaxby’s over the years, but I’ve got to say that this is the absolute best Zaxby’s there is. Always friendly always fresh food. They are family. The manager staff.
Amanda, Jessica, Britney, Kaitlin, and Anna are the absolute best in Business. Huge shout out to all the employees That worked hard each and every day to give each and every Customer a great experience.

A chain is a chain. Unless it's Zaxby's. It's like a little piece of home with the friendly staff and predictably delicious food. Sarah is my go-to girl; I trust her recommendations and know she'll serve us fast! Next time you're trying to pick out the best Zaxby's in town, stop thinking and pull in at Ronald Reagan Driveway!

Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.

Best restaurant zaxbys hands down!

Very good food. Got the cob fried cobb salad and fried pickles. It was very good. Employees were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

Food and service are great. Any chance we can turn down the volume on that annoyingly loud country music. It gives me a headache every time I come in.

Portion sizes have decreased, and the cost of menu items have increased. You would be better off making food at home. The taste of the food just isn't spectacular.
