Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.
Best restaurant zaxbys hands down!
Very good food. Got the cob fried cobb salad and fried pickles. It was very good. Employees were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

Food and service are great. Any chance we can turn down the volume on that annoyingly loud country music. It gives me a headache every time I come in.

Portion sizes have decreased, and the cost of menu items have increased. You would be better off making food at home. The taste of the food just isn't spectacular.

Tried to make an order through the app with a reward that it gave me….however it wouldn’t apply because it wasn’t in my cart (it was). I make the order anyway and when I get here 2 minutes before my estimated time I have to wait at curbside. It’s been 20 minutes since then (as I’m writing this). For just two big zax snaks.
