“Caribou is my favorite coffee chain and since I can’t get it everywhere I try to take advantage of it when I’m in an area it’s at. Today I decided to go by this location before my connecting flight and the customer service was so great I just HAD to write a review. Both of the workers, Visa and Ashley, were SO incredibly lovely, attentive, and polite - a rarity nowadays in the service industry. The cashier (Ashley) even gave me 10% off as an apology for them not having oat milk! I’ve never been offered a discount for a product being out of stock before (and they even had a sign displayed stating they were out but I had overlooked it). Their friendly and polite demeanor was much appreciated and these ladies both deserve to be recognized for their amazing hospitality! Plus the coffee was awesome, as always. Thank you, ladies, for making my day - and making an amazing campfire mocha! :)“

“Love this Caribou in Terminal E near Interfaith Chapel. Gotta have the cold brew and carrot zucchini muffin So great. I passed on the shakers with fruit and coconut milk, obviously healthier than those sugary coffee drinks elsewhere. Great service. This store does not honor the Caribou Rewards perks
