I placed online order for 30.00 to be delivered they canceled my order and took my money. They dont respond to customers calls . They haven’t responded to emails, Anthony or Andrew or whatever his name is said he was the store manager would take care of it and has yet to refund my money.

It would be helpful for the customers and employees if the website/app can be updated to state that certain items are not available. Twice in the last month I have wanted to order but didn't see my sandwich available. Today I decided to call. Employee says "we don't have that product in stock". Why is this the case on two separate occasions? Do better or lose business!

The worst Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to!! The manager and her employees are the worst in the food industry. They seem to not know their own menu. Throwing food at customers and telling them to get out. I will be reaching out to corporate!!

The sandwiches are always great when they are ready for you when you get there. I have recently ordered online and when I got there my sandwiches was not ready and I was late coming back to work from lunch. This has happened the last two times I ordered online, so I advise you not to order online.

12/28 7pm, stopped by and was told there was no chicken or steak available while watching the steak being loaded into the cooler. Counters were dirty. My previous 5 star review is being changed. I hope this new trend is not permanent.

I ordered the number 66 and the number 12 ordered it through Uber they bring me the number 12 all messed up they don't even bring my number 66. Spent $43 on one 12-in sandwich but it was supposed to be the large sandwich I'll never order from Jersey Mike's

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER! I ordered 2 Giant #55s. They used 1/2 the meat that they would if you ordered in person. The sandwich was dry. Usually Jersey Mike's doesn't pull off these Subway mistakes, but damn what a waste of money.

Before coming here, the reviews were horrible. So, I hesitated going but this is MY experience. I was greeted when I walked in the store, which is a big deal. It wasn't busy at all, so the lady at the front started my order right away. My subs were made just how I like them and the communication with the worker was great.

ordered ahead because I was in a rush. got to the store and waited for an additional 15-20 mins while over a dozen people came in after me and all received their orders as I was just standing there waiting. i don't see the point of ordering ahead when you're just going to take 30 mins for one sandwich and then also serving a dozen new orders while i'm sitting there waiting. bad experience

I went to this place to get a couple subs on Sunday October 29th. I waited in a line of about 6 people. When it came to my turn the lady making subs decided to ask the lady behind me what she wanted first. I figured she just forgot who ordered and who hadn't yet so I let it go. I waited another 10 minutes ( 25 minutes in all now) I am still standing there and she proceeds to help the next customer behind me and the next one after. I finally said what about me and she acted like she did not hear me so I got loud and waived my hands and then she said "fine what would you like" . This was an African American lady making the sandwich's and I was the only white person in the line. JUST SAYING!! I cannot think of any other reason she would behave like this. It became obvious to me she did not want to help me. I was very reluctant to leave a review like this as I have never personally used racism as a complaint before in my life. If I am wrong then maybe she just simply did not like the way I look or something else but I am not wrong in this I bet... Worse yet I wanted to speak to the owner about my experience. I left a very nice message and she did not call me back. If was the owner I would be calling back quickly! The sandwich's got made by the Caucasian lady that was working behind the scenes as the other lady would not finish my order. She also gave me one sub for free due to my experience. By the time I left I had been in the store 35 minutes. Unacceptable!!!
