My Husband and I love Jersey Mike's subs. However, tonight, our #16 Chicken Philly was not as good as it normally is. It was hot, but there was something missing. Really disappointed, however, $21 we could not let it go to waste.
Made me wait despite it not being crowded. Staff does not care. Wish I didn’t come here.
6/21 - Food decent, customer service is nonexistent. There should be no reason not be spoken to once entering this business, especially when there’s no other customers in there. The older lady kept making her online orders with an attitude because I asked for a fork , younger guy was laying across the meat cooler similar to how you lay your head down on your desk at school, and the last gentleman talked away on his cell phone.
