This is the worst Papa John’s ever. I called 4 times before I got through to even place my order. Then finally got through ordered then....got to the store to pay in about 20 minutes...was told that my pizzas was in the oven and would be ready in 5 minutes....had to wait another30 minutes and was told it was almost ready and then another 10 minutes later it was not ready so I got a refund for my food. Not to mention the manager on duty cared absolutely nothing about the poor...read full review
I literally placed an order 2.5hrs ago for 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, a 2 liter and a brownie and I just called to check the status of my order and the manager had the nerve to tell me it’s going to be another hour and a half. The delivery wait time is 3 hours and the website estimated time is never accurate. IM PISSED OFF!!!! I will never order from this place again! Promise that!
