Professionalism is lacking here regardless of how polite you are. Answer the phone and quickly put me on hold for 5minutes(upon greetin). When i arrived the employee whispered (tried) about me to the coworker (serving me and responding) as I stood, literally at the counter.
Good commendable, service good.
This place is great. Plus the service was on point too!
