A lady in the location ordered her food for pickup. THEY gave her food to someone else. Said THEY thought she ordered it for door dash. She showed where it was ordered for pick up. The MANAGER refused to remake food or refund her money
If I could give them a negative stars, I swear I would. So I ordered my food from the person that they have standing outside for the drive through. As i approached the drive through, I asked them if I could add a drink to my order they told me no and told me to go back through the drive through. I did that. When I drove around I told them that I could tell that they were trying to have customer service like Chic Fila but they would have not made me drive around for a drink. As...read full review
