I wanted a simple chocolate milkshake. They weren't closed yet, but they had already shut down the shake machine. I was driving and didn't want to attempt to eat an ice cream cone while driving. I love the ice cream, but not while I'm driving. It's not a huge gripe, but I didn't get what I went for. They shouldn't shut machines down until closing time. I worked at Chick-fil-A as a teenager, and we didn't shut anything down until closing.

The 2nd best peanut butter cup Sundae I've had in the Atlanta area! Petfect portion of all the ingredients didn't go overboard with the peanut sauce or cups like some other locations.

I pulled up this evening with my son to get ice cream. We approached the counter and then he said he had to use the restroom. I didn’t want him to use it on himself, so I ran to the bushes behind brusters. The Indian woman ran out hollering that I couldn’t park there and leave. I stated that I was letting my son use the restroom we were about to purchase. She went to grab her phone and also call the police and took my tag down. I visit this Bridget’s frequently and have never experienced this . I was not trying to leave my car theee and go anywhere we only come to this area for brusters . I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable .

I parked to look through their ice cream menu because there are so many different flavors, and they came outside telling me to evacuation the property because they assumed I was going to the Frida’s restaurant nearby.I understand that customers of other businesses shouldn’t be parking at their location, but it would have been nice for them to understand my intentions before telling me to move my car off the property.

Came for a late night date night with my husband. He has the birthday cake and salted caramel 3 scoop waffle cone. Devoured it before I could get a picture. Said it was soo good! Now this waffle bowl I have is strawberry cheesecake 2 scoops and 1 scoop of white turtle. It is DELICIOUS! Love that this location has a drive thru. Was through the line in 15 min. B careful when you get to the window it is so tall! we will be back with the kids soon (:

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered an ice cream cake from here. I double checked to make sure the order was correct they repeated the order to me correctly but when it was time to pick up my order they looked at me dumb founded as if I didn’t place an order. So after several minutes the lady who worked there figured out what happened. They made the cake wrong or ran out of supplies or something because it didn’t have the cones on the sides and it wasnt the right cake/color smh. At this point it was the day of my party so i didnt have many options. So i told them i would accept the WRONG cake if they gave me some kind of a discount for THEIR SCREW UP. The owner rudely told me he wouldn’t be giving me anything off to take it or leave it. So i left and bought one from the Dairy Queen’s right up the street from there. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Was in drive thru for over 30 minutes and they still messed up my order. Really bad customer service and they don't seem to care at all. Maybe hire people who actually care and can work

I purchased a pint of white turtle ice cream and I know from experience that often it doesn't have any caramel in it so I SPECIFICALLY told the owners wife to make sure that there was a good amount of caramel in my pint. I get home and start to eat it that night and NO CARAMEL. I take it back today with the receipt to exchange it, and the cashier calls the owner who tells me I have to come back the next day because he's not there. So, not only have I already been inconvenienced by wasting my time and gas by coming back once, but he wants me to waste my them a second time by making a 3rd trip. This is the second time I've experienced the lack of caramel at this location, and both times were by the owner and his wife. It's amazing to me how they have no problem taking your money, but they won't make their mistakes right without some type of bull$h!t. I'm waiting on a call from corporate because I had to drive 20 mins out of my way to another location who gave me no problem exchanging the ice cream.

The girls at the counter claimed they were only "taking cash" so suspicious of what was going on my girlfriend sat and watched them take care of several customers cash only. I guess the cash register wasn't working either because the orders were not even rang up. Really guys where is the service

I ordered a custom cone ice cream cake from the Fayetteville location on the 27th of July. I arrived to pick up my son's cake on the 30th, the time I was given. When I arrived I was told that the decorator had forgot to put the cones around the cake. I asked if there could be something done or a refund. Patel, the owner, who was on the phone told us that he can give me the cones to put on the cake, myself. The second option was to just take the cake as is. He couldn't give me a refund or a discount for the mistake he made. I would have to go online to get a refund, which there is nothing online showing how to get a refund. So, not only was the cake not decorated correctly but I was correct his mistake myself. I still can't find how to get my money back. I left the cake because at this point I'm not shopping with Bruster's anymore. I would like my refund for a incorrectly decorated cake. The payment was 39.99. I have notified their customer service. I shouldn't have to go through this just because someone else messed up.
