do not order online from thid place spoke with the manager to place an order online. once we place the oders and paid for them she calls us back and say that their grill is broken, we ask for a refund she stated she dont know how to do them cause it was made online, we then ask for a store credit, she stated that she could not do one as well. please do not pay for your orders online you will not get uour money back
Done with Captain D's in Fayetteville, Georgia!! This is the FOURTH time in a row coming here and having issues!! Three of those times, they didn't have the food listed on the menu! Just now, I pull up to the window to order, I figure its Monday, drive through line won't be long. I was correct. I pull up to order and order the white fish (whatever that is) and shrimp skewer with lemon pepper with an extra shrimp skewer. Easy enough I figured.
