Went to this Chikfila today for lunch and was not impressed. The new dining area looks small and cramped. I much prefer the old building set up. The service was not what it used to be 2-3 years ago-the girl server messed up the order- we had ordered two drinks with our meal and she missed them.

Corporate help this restaurant!!! To be brand new, this should be an embarrassment to come back like this!! This is my Chick-fil-A. It’s in my neighborhood is where I go every morning and I have tried to give this a chance three times. Every time I go, the fries are never salted& cold and my food is always cold. My nuggets are barely room temperature. The kids at Chick-fil-A are too busy talking and not working every time I come in the wait is longer than usual for Chick-fil-A granted but it’s bad enough that the food doesn’t taste the same that when you get it it’s not prepared correctly. It’s cold. It’s bland. It’s unsalted. The customer service has gone down. I’m really getting worried because I love Chick-fil-A and this is in my neighborhood please somebody rein it in over here!!! And the restaurant looks so gross and nasty through those doors. You would at least think they’d keep it clean knowing that our eyes are on it drive-through is gross. Never have I ever seen a Chick-fil-A like this this is sad.

THE INSIDE IS SO DEPRESSING AND SMALL. ITS VERY DEPRESSING INSIDE.. NO LONGER BRIGHT AND WITHOUT THE MAJOR WINDOWS ITS JUST GLOOMY. I WILL BE LIMITING MY VISITS. This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited.
By far the most disappointing reconstruction in town. The once bright and airy dining room is now cold, dark and sad. The big play place might as well be a closet now. The parking lot is still just as frustrating as it was before but with fresh white paint! They ignored the issue of having two drive-through lanes merge into one and made all the spots smaller. Smaller spots does NOT equal more customers when the cars struggle to fit!! Putting lights on a turd doesn’t make it stink less. Shame on you Chick-fil-A. 👎

Edit: This location is usually great. Unfortunately, tonight was not. I ordered large fries with no salt. I got a barely even close to full fry. I complained and was given a fry with maybe 1 extra fry in it and they were soggy asked for fresh and maybe 60 seconds later given what they claimed were fresh that in the end tasted like they were redipped in the oil and the fry was still not full like they used to do. In the end, I felt like I wasted my time and money for fries that were more like a medium for the price of a large and old and salty. If I had the time, I may have tried to talk to someone else, but my meeting was already starting, and I had to leave. Very disappointing. 😞

I usually always write good reviews but today chick-fil-a did something they have never done before .. disappointed in every way possible.....customer service was off, my babies food was cold and so was mines. Th3 pepper jack cheese was as cold and solid as it comes from the fridge.... Styrofoam cups I asked for where leaking so when I poured orange juice in them they l3aked everywhere. It was all just a mess.... trash cans were all full with garbage coming out, and the tables where all sticky and dirty..... it was truly a disgrace because this used to be a great restaurant....now it's ghetto and just trashy. I may give it one more try because my kids school is near by... I'll keep the public updated.

This location is terrible. From the manager's on down & the food is mediocre. I went @ 1pm for lunch. I purchased a Cobb salad no bacon. They only give a half egg which is crazy based on their prices. They charge a $1.30 extra for the other half of an egg. The managers are worthless. This location needs a do over ASAP! I won't be coming back. Negative 1 star if I had the option.
