This store was fantastic!!! I ordered a cookie cake from the Peachtree city location, and it turned out HORRIBLE!! PTC would not do anything about it nor refund me, so I called the Fayetteville store in a panic to get the right cookie cake next day, and they were able to fit me in! The manager, Azim, was great to deal with and made sure that everything was taken care of! I highly recommend!
They did a great job for my son’s college graduation cookie cake. So nice when I went in to order also. Thank you!!
I have given this store 3 opportunities and I will never be back! Worst customer service and they actually charge you an additional $10.00 to put a design on a cookie. I call 4 other locations (each individually owned) and none of them charge for that. When I went to pick up the 50.00 cookie cake the employee that gave it to me did not even say, Thank you. The one in McDonough will have my business from now on.
