Iāve given this particular locations more chances than a little bit and they disappoint every time. The lobby is always dirty and out of condiments. The staff is rude and unfriendly. Will not be returning at all.

I frequent this location but visiting last night made me decide that I will no longer go to this location . The employees were so loud no unprofessional. The counters and floors were messy. The young lady scooping the food did so carelessly so my bowl looked as if someone shook it up before bagging it. The taller woman with a black bandana appeared to be a supervisor but didnāt supervise much from what I could see. There was NOTHING available and all of the ladies just stood around talking. No one cleaning up the place . Never again

This chipotle has horrible service when it comes to the chipotle lane. I always have to wait at least 10 to 15 mins at the window before someone even greets me. Like Iām waiting for my food longer then it took it them to make it and itās an online order just sitting there.

While waiting in line for chicken to be cooked for 20 minutes for my food. To not only get to the lettuce area to find they are out of lettuce the young lady with the small pony tail. She said they need to cut some. This is always my go to chipotle. But I left without my food because this was not cool. Over 30 minutes in a line with 5 people smh

These kids have no sense of real customer service! They don't smile and act like you're a bother for coming in. Instead of wiping the excess food off the serving counter, the employee tossed each grain of food back into the serving containers. Getting the vinegarette is like pulling teeth!

This Chipotle location always run out of chips after around 7PM. They never seem to monitor the inventory and see what customers have interest in buying. They are also constantly running out of other items as well. The food preparation area is never cleaned off in a sanitary manner. The employees simply rake off the the food on the floor from the prep area with gloves on and continue to prepare food without changing their gloves. Where are the county food inspectors? Please let the owners about this issue and make improvements in their processes.

Poor management skills need a real culture shift in there. Came to buy some strangers food and ended up talking to police like something criminal was done. Can't even be nice to people no more everyone think someone doing wrong. I'm not P Diddy I cut hair not kidnapp kids. I have daughters of my own. People need to watch how the speak to others and reporting foolishness. The food like card board and nothing but one race in there. They to Diversify. Don't know what wrong with our culture.
