Ate at the Fayetteville location on the week of opening. We were excited to have them so close by, however, we did not have a great experience on opening week. I got 1/4 chicken plate. The chicken was much more bone than meat. Beans were bland. Variety of sauces is disappointing. Most southern BBQ restaurants have brunswick stew, which is a big reason for going there. I live only about a mile from the restaurant, however, I will not likely be going again.
I normally don’t sit in restaurants to eat but today I visited Jim ‘N Nicks and actually sat inside. The experience was great from start to finish. We were greeted by the manger, Danielle, who was super pleasant and our order was promptly taken. The food arrived to the table fairly quickly and it was hot and fresh!! We dined at Jim’N Nick’s for the first time and the service was excellent. The manager Danielle along with her team were on top of things. Our food was brought out quickly, (the food was tasty) but more importantly, she made sure we the customers were satisfied. It was very refreshing being met with a pleasant attitude and great service. I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets promoted to district manager.
