Its ok.... maybe there is more of a focus on the custard than the food. The smash burgers usually end up very thin and burnt, and the fries are thin as well and get cold before you walk out the door. Maybe dine in is a better experience. If take out is the focus for dinner that day, Freddy's isn't on my list of places I willingly go to

Our family had Freddy's again. The food was cooked fresh and the employees were really nice. The food was really good. I love this place.We will be coming back again. Keep it up.

Great customer service
I was surprised by the very thin fries. They were seasoned well, not to salty. I also ordered tots a bit over cooked for me. But they tasted delicious. The prime rib steak burger was decent. It was missing on flavor for me a bit. I was really looking for that grilled steak flavor to hit on the fist bite, but it just missed the mark. They may need to create a sauce to bring the flavor out.
