The guy there opened the door lock ( he was already cleaning the place too!) and let me in to get the cake when he knew it’s for my son’s birthday! Thanks for a great customer service.

Cookies are just GREAT AMERICAN COOKIES so those been consistent for years.. I see bad reviews on customer service., dude with the hair was cool.... I didnt hv any issues.... I do think when you get a cookie sandwich put it In a bowl and not a paper sheet. Y'all do know it's 100 degrees outside right. Ice melts....Good experience though.. Kudos to cheesecake ice cream.
