Hardee's offers a mixed experience, with friendly staff like Zykeria in the drive-thru and Shane at the register. While the efficient team impresses, some customers found the food underwhelming. The bacon egg & cheese biscuit was flat, the biscuit & gravy lacked sausage, and the cinnamon roll was soggy. Prices have gone up, but the quality seems to have gone down. Despite this, the restaurant has plenty of parking and no major dietary restrictions. Recently, customers praised the fresh-to-order tenders, which are still some of the best in fast food, and the restaurant, along with the restroom, was very clean. However, some visitors had less positive experiences; one noted that the cashier was not very friendly and waited 5 minutes at the window, and the candied bacon was cold and tasted just like bacon. On the bright side, many customers find this Hardee’s to be the best, with great service and hot, fresh food even after 5 pm, making it a reliable spot to visit regularly.
