There was a young girl that felt because they were getting ready to close that she didn’t need to fulfill my order. I ordered 30-40mins prior to closing when I returned and asked for my order it was not done. In that moment instead of trying to compensate for the mishap she pretty much refused to fix my order. Needless to say another rep asked if I would be ok with something else and I agreed simply because I truly didn’t have a choice!! Bad business!

They have poor management. I had a birthday party going on for my grandchildren. I ordered ahead to pick up at the restaurant. They had not evej started my order when I got there. I had to wait additional time for them to start my order. Poor service due to the onduty manager. I took my stars back.

Extremely rude red hair girl. I went into the lobby to pick up my order and hour before closing and she kicked me out of the lobby without even offering me help and told me I had to use the drive thru. I asked if she could hand me my order and without even checking she said it wasn't ready. I got into the drive thru line and when I got to the window the other employee handed me the order. Guess what, it was ready when I originally came into the store, she just didn't want to help at all. Terrible service and experience.
