Each time I decide to give this location another chance, I am terribly disappointed. Ordered a lunch special inside at 1:25 and understood it would be about 5 minutes. 30 minutes later after employees arguing in kitchen about not making it, I was finally given my order. No apology nothing. Certainly can't teach Customer Service or pride in a job in this day and age.
I picked up an online order through the drive thru yesterday (Sunday, 9/27/26 around 1pm) and the young lady at the window was incredibly rude for no reason. She refused to even speak to me throughout the entire interaction and looked at us as though we were bothering her just by being there. The food hasn't been great the last few visits either. It looks thrown together with toppings falling off. We will stop coming for a while, unfortunately.
