Shared the chicken parmesian. It was excellent. The sweet potato & Brussels sprouts were yummy, also.

I'm 73 years old , disabled and unfortunately single , but I take myself out to Longhorn's about twice a month as a little luxury and a special lunch / dinner !
Everyone there has treated me so nice and treated me special ! I love the Flo's filet and get a lot of leftovers to take home !

Although the staff worked diligently I observed, the wait time could not be anticipated ie for our food to be served.
Only after I stopped the hostess and mentioned our wait were we informed that there were one or two large parties being served she indicated a party of 32 was being served
That said: I'm not excusing the taste nor appearance of my order. Chopped steak was too buttery and salty to the point of overkill. Onions were limp and mushrooms were overcooked // wilted.
I had asparagus that was cooked to a good tender But was doused in butter and tasted too salty.
My server, Donovan I believe, did a real nice job taking care of myself and friend overall
I hope Longhorns in Fayetteville does a better job on my future visits.

Upon arrival, there was no wait, and the male greeter informed my mother to “wait right there” while he prepared to seat us. Moments later, a couple arrived and was seated immediately. When my mother asked about this, a female greeter (light skin, braids) told her she would take her number to call us—something that had not been mentioned previously.
Soon after, another couple arrived, checked in, and was seated right away.
At this point, I asked to speak with a manager. Another female greeter claimed she was unaware we were waiting, which was both surprising and frustrating given our interaction with the staff moments before.
The manager (light skin, blonde hair) approached us without greeting or acknowledgment and immediately started speaking about what was available. As my mother began to explain the situation, the manager interrupted her. I calmly told her my mother was not finished and began to share the rest of our experience. The manager appeared disinterested and abruptly shifted focus by asking where my child got her sucker—completely ignoring the concern we were raising.
The lack of professionalism, the dismissive tone, and the inconsistent handling of guests were deeply disappointing. We felt ignored, disrespected, and as though our presence was an inconvenience.
This is not the level of service anyone should experience, and I hope steps will be taken to address the conduct of your team. A genuine apology and follow-up regarding how this will be handled would be appreciated.

I asked for the manager on several occasions and he never appeared. One of the servers stated he was busy cooking. My waitress lacked customer service experience. She was never available to provide quality service. Every time you asked her a question there was never a reply or she stated I heard you once. Overall, the quality of service at this location was disappointing.

The T bone steak was good but I think I won't get the parmesean cheese crumble again. I never had it like that before so that's how it comes it just wasn't to my liking. The Brussels sprouts were not that great but again, it was close to closing so I'll give that benefit of a doubt. The waitresses was very polite and helpful even though she had a heavy workload. I commend her for that service 10/10 food 6/10

The burger was excellent, spinach and cheese appetizer was good, shrimp appetizer was very good. All of the servers and staff looked upset, we really didn't feel welcomed.

Everything was so trash. Came in sat a bar did not get greeted had to beg for a water. Got a steak and no utinsels asked 3 times for utensils and sat there for 15 min no utensils to eat my steak so got up and walked out. Garbage service smh.

I wanted to take my tip back!!!! Placed a to go order at the bar for dinner on a non busy by the looks of the floor Sunday which should have been my 1st indicator to find other options. Gentleman behind the bar never came and asked did I want a drink had been helped or even why I was sitting at the bar. I placed a drink order with that Gentleman and the bartender came out with my drink which was fine. The Bartender was the only Highlight to this experience. But thats not why I came and I only ordered a drink after waiting 45min for my order. The food presentation was horrible on plate. The additional items to accompany the primary item were not in the bag ie sauce for the Tonion and asked for in advance Honey Butter for the bread. After asking for these items got attitude and just a unpleasant demeanor from the servers. Keep in mind this was servers, it took 5 servers to handle this order. 2 for the drink order and 3 for the food order. Also just to clarify I remained patient the whole time without a unpleasant word to anyone. I don't piss off the people who handle my food. But how do you deal with prepissed off servers? This Longhorn is a far cry from what it use to be. Lesson learned I will not be returning.

Food was great, stake supperb, great cheff at location on father's Saturday weekend the server was amazing but the strawberry limonada was so fake that had to order something else. Please if you ask extra money for lemonade, be honest don't do fake/powder lemonade.

Our waitress was so great. Not use to that here in stl. She had a 10 top across from us and still kept checking on us. That's her job I know but I tip well and to see a person really care about that job still. It showed. No fake waitress here.
