Tonight’s experience was beyond disappointing but I’m not surprised. The young lady at the first window did not say a word the entire interaction. I let that go but the second window is where my issue occurred.
This lady appeared to be a manager and she was nice at first. Quickly that went south. I’m checking my food as normal and notice my sauces are incorrect. I politely let her know and she begins yelling “No they’re not, I saw you take them out the bag. One of those sauces is correct.”
I politely showed her what sauces were in the bag and let her know I asked for hot mustard and BBQ. She continues yelling “what else do you need baby?” Repeatedly still not giving me the sauces. Then grabs a handful and shoves them out the window and shuts it.
At this point, I didn’t even want the food because that was very unnecessary when we were being polite and I wouldn’t have minded paying extra if that was the issue.
On top of this, the food was cold and clearly not fresh. I will just drive to Peachtree City’s location when I have a rare craving for McDonald’s because this experience was beyond disappointing. From a customer service perspective, if I could give zero stars, I would.

this place is terrible. I've been trying to get a job for weeks now and they keep dodging me and the people there are bad except for Miss Tasha. She is the best other than that. Everything about that place the food the service the people that attitude everything and the owner of the building did not care at all that the place was being rude speaking of when I used to work there There used to be roaches in the machines but I quit and I was trying to get a job back and now they won't even let me in. it is worth driving two more minutes for the McDonald's Nextdoor because this place really is terrible.
Location is advertised online open at 5am, yet at 5:45am my father and I were very disappointed to not have a welcoming voice at the window. Maybe the Google time should be updated.

I asked for a fish sandwich use my rewards they mess the sandwich up three times straight through your out I will never come back here again they couldn't even put one piece of fish between two pieces of bread with nothing on it they kept putting cheese on it I can't have cheese no dairy I said it three times still messed it up
