I understand that on Christmas Eve you might have different hours. However, you should post those hours and also if you're going to close off the drive-thru at a certain time, do not let your drive-thru get so backed up that people have already been sitting there waiting for 15 minutes and are just now finding out they're not going to get service. They just wasted 15 minutes when they could have gone somewhere else

The food is actually decent- it’s the SERVICE that is TERRIBLE. Been coming to the location for over a decade- today, I ordered chicken nuggets for myself and a separate 4-piece nuggets for my dog that was in the car with me. I asked for a small cup of water for my dog (we’ve done this for years). They asked me to pull over to the side and wait for my meal and I did that.The manager, a young black woman with her hair pulled back came out and gave me the food. When I asked again for the small cup of water, she walked away saying “we do not give out cups of water.” That was not true as I’ve made this order for years for my dog. I brought the food inside and requested a refund as I was not satisfied with the service. I requested a refund SEVERAL times and She refused to give me a refund. At about my 5th request she said there was nothing wrong with my food- I told her I was dissatisfied with her service. At that point she FINALLY gave me a refund. I will NEVER come to this location ever again!

I eat here a lot, the food comes out relatively quick, slower sometimes cause it’s busy, and almost every time the fries are hot that I would burn my tongue, sometimes slightly colder, but this McDonald always gets my order right
I ordered a five dollar meal deal with a double cheeseburger and fries and nuggets. I eat my fries. I eat my burger and go to eat my nuggets and tell me why it’s filled with big Mac sauce, please I have to know

Charging 2 bucks for a cup of water when Ive purchased other items along with it is unbelievably stupid and greedy. Every other McDonald's on the planet charges a dime for water when youve bought food.

Waited in line for 8 minutes before even getting to the speaker box to place my order. After I paid I pulled up to the window where I only received half my breakfast order. In the spand of 3 minutes I had 2 people come back and forth to the window. 1 I believe was a manager but I'm unsure because if so they were rude and unprofessional. They asked me to move up and wait. At this point I'm already unhappy with the customer service and I declined. The young man goes shouts she said she minds and I can hear the back and forth about my declining. Now I'm uncomfortable taking the missing sandwich. The woman comes up physically upset that I refuse to make their time better by moving up so I just request a refund. She doesn't say anything else to me just snatches the bag from me and walk away. I asked well do you want the receipt? She comes back to take the receipt and walks away again. She comes back with cash even though I paid on my card but also she did not return my receipt to me. Smart on her end because I was definitely going to call in the store number to report them. Fortunately for them I was now late for work and did not have the time to park, walk in and complain to get my receipt back. Will not be returning and/or recommending their business.

Tried to come for breakfast 45 minutes after the opening time. Was not greeted, waited at the drive thru speaker for a good 5 minutes asking “hello?”. Drove away and saw at least 3 employees in the restaurant windows so it seems like none of them wanted to take my order 🤷♂️
