Went into Moe’s today at 6:15pm and the food was terrible as well as the customer service . The rice was completely hard on my burrito, chicken was greasy and very old . None of the food was fresh it seem as if everything was sitting out for hours .

I wasn’t going to leave a review bc i eat here often. However, I can’t stop thinking about my short interaction with the manger “I’m assuming”. He’s a Caucasian man bald w/ glasses and worked the event for today 5.13.25. It’s unfortunate I forgot to check my bag from another restaurant who forgot to put utensils in the bag. As I stated before bc I stop at this Moes frequently I felt comfortable enough to stop and ask for plastic ware. This man, the manage/host, looked at me and said “well I only have what’s for the event today” as bad as I wanted to say “so all the plastic ware you have is set aside for this event and there will be absolutely none left for tomorrow or later when the event is over”? But I chose to just walk out bc that’s the craziest thing I’ve heard from a restaurant. It’s like Publix bakery saying they couldn’t bake bc they’re out of eggs. And eggs is in the store! Please do better bc I felt discriminated upon however I don’t want to believe that to be true. I’ve never seen this “manger/host” before. Please do better with general courtesy especially from a manager
Here at Moe's (favorite burrito spot) they had no steak. We waited 15 minutes and what happened was so disappointing and disgusting. The white guy making me and my son order dropped the sharpie he was using under the counter used his foot to bring it to the front, picked it up off the floor with his and and then grabbed my burrito. Wrap. Nobody said anything. I left

The staff here is amazing and the food is always good! The facility sits empty but it’s always clean for those that would like to dine-in. Majority of the customers get their food and leave, so nice place to sit and converse with a loved one or colleague.

I normally have a pleasant experience but today my food was absolutley disgusting. It was literally drowned in chipotle sauce when I specifically asked for a LITTLE bit. I couldn’t even eat it
