My Lifestyle Smoothie

I live in Conyers, Georgia and I work out in Conyers Georgia and doors down is my lifestyle smoothie and I attempt to go there almost every day when I’m done working out. They are the best and I love them.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

I ordered from DoorDash to have this smoothie delivered to my hotel, needed a healthy breakfast before a long day of meetings. It wasn’t until my door dash driver arrived at the restaurant 20 mins after I placed my order, when the restaurant informed that the order wasn’t correctly charged, stating that DoorDash was offering discounts that weren’t correct. The difference was about $2. Rather than do the right thing and accept the purchase as it was, they cancelled the order on me, forcing me to go without breakfast before this long day of meetings.

This is a joke of customer service. The order should have been accepted as is, or they should have asked for additional cash, rather than canceling on me.

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Smoothies are great, There’s a young lady at the Banks Crossing location that is usually pretty pleasant. However, there’s a young man who’s sometimes less than cordial. Only real issue is they don’t always open on time and typically close a bit earlier than advertised.

10/8/2024 The young lady behind the counter at the 840 location next to Publix, very unpleasant and rude. She was rude to my fiancé over the phone and not very customer friendly in person when I showed up. I don’t even know if it’s the correct smoothie because we didn’t speak she put it on the counter and walked away and I paid and left. 1st and last time spending my hard earned there. I won’t say too much. Because I move a certain way. You never know who you are entertaining. Keep it up sis. Plenty other places that do the same without the rudeness. Wish yall the best. Smoothie is mid anyway.

They close way earlier than closing time. This occurs on the regular. Today I got there at 7:50pm and the door was locked. I have gotten there as early as 7:30, and the door was locked. This is the Conyers, Ga location. I see another review stating the same, from over a year ago.

Smoothies taste better than other competitors. Love this place!

First time here, I tried a medium Forever Young smoothie (under antioxidants) and it was really good! I would go again. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Update: This review is for the location on Banks Rd (near the Planet Fitness). I haven’t tried the one in Summit Point yet.Best smoothies ever!!! I randomly decided to try this place after leaving the gym one day, and I was not disappointed. They are slightly pricey depending on what you order, but I promise it’s worth it! They use real fruit in their smoothies, and you can definitely taste the difference. They also offer two plant-based protein options (pea and hemp), and I surprisingly like both. I’m not a huge fan of the whey protein that most chain smoothie shops use so the plant-based proteins are great alternatives for me! My absolute FAVORITE smoothie is the Dragonberry. Trust me, you want to try it!Also, I’m not sure that the listed weekday hours are accurate, but the weekend ones definitely are. I’ve gotten a smoothie as early as 7AM on a weekday before so I’m not sure if it was just random luck.Some of the reviews mention horrible customer service, but I have always had a positive experience. The owner is always super nice and helpful whenever I enter the shop. You have to understand Carribean women because sometimes they just don’t feel like talking, but she is never rude.Side note: I impulsively tried this packaged banana bread, and it was really good! They have other flavors that I am interested in trying as well.

i love smoothies. i love mylifestyle smoothie because of all the smoothie options. HOWEVER, often i go to summit point off glynn street and they never seem to abide by the hours posted. Online says they close at 8:30pm. the door says 9pm most nights. I went to grab a smoothie tonight (tuesday) at 8pm and it was closed! I was furious. People close down shop just because they dont feel like working anymore. if you dont want to work, quit. so frustrating.

I hate to leave this review, but I’ve just about had enough of this place. This is a business that cares nothing for customer service or the customer in general. I walked in at 7:52pm with Google showing an 8:30pm closing time. The woman at the front claimed she was closed and that they had been closing at 8:00pm for “2 weeks or so”. At this point, I said “It’s not even 8 yet,” to which she simply said “Well, we’re closed”.Mind you, the door was unlocked and her friend (not an employee) was inside hanging around.This is not the first time I’ve been treated with disrespect here. Not only will I not be visiting, I will actively turn people away from this place and do all I can as an individual person to ensure they fail.
