Everything was yummy for my tummy...lol Olive Garden has a new item on the menu. Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo, and it was delicious. But you can never go wrong with any of the classic items, like the lasagna. The customer service was great from the hostess to the waitress. Our waitress was very nice and she made us feel like we were her only customers. We had a great time.

We had a terrible experience at the Fayetteville location tonight due to horrible customer service from both the bartender and the manager on duty.
When we approached the bar to have a seat and order drinks, the bartender huffed, rolled her eyes, and rudely stated she wasn’t taking any more “patients” (we are paying customers, not patients). She then told us to go somewhere else instead of serving us. Shocked by this unprofessional behavior, we brought it to the manager’s attention, and his response was just as disappointing—he simply stared at us and did nothing to address the issue.
At that point, we decided to take the bartender’s advice and go elsewhere, as it was clear that customer service was not a priority here.

A native of Fayetteville brings me to tears how the monochromatic culture has destroyed even this place all the way to the management. Speaking like she listen to every hip hop song before she came to work. I couldn’t even explain to her the basic understanding that appetizers shouldn’t come out at the exact time of the entrée. Am I wrong or I dine in Buckhead too much? These people need help where are the caucasians when you need them. No for real. Please return class back to Fayetteville.

My husband and I went there to celebrate his birthday. We went on a Thursday around 6pm, got parking at the front door and did not have to wait for a table. It was definitely the right time to go because every time I've drove by the restaurant, it's always been busy. We just timed it right. The food was fresh, flavor full and excellent. The service was above ordinary. We took home what we couldn't finish and were munching on breadstix and salad later that evening. We sat across from the bar and we both enjoyed ourselves. I had lasagna and my husband had shrimp and scallop alfredo.

Fantastic food and excellent service!
The unlimited Chicken and Gnocchi soup was absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and packed with tender chicken, spinach, carrots and soft gnocchi. Pairing it with their warm, garlicky breadsticks made it even better.
For my entrée, I ordered the Tour of Italy, and it did not disappoint. The Chicken Parmigiana was perfectly crispy, the Fettuccine Alfredo was rich and creamy, and the Lasagna Classico was flavorful and satisfying. Each dish was cooked to perfection and covered in cheese.
Overall, Olive Garden delivered a far better experience than LongHorn Steakhouse just across the way. From the quick seating and attentive service to the consistently delicious food, it was a clear winner. Highly recommend!

Service was great, but management was incredibly rude in front of customers to their own staff which made the experience lackluster.

We never got a waitress after 15 minutes so we left
When my Tour of Italy was served it was missing the Fettuccine Alfredo. A manager responded and said it was not missing. Three times the manager said the order was complete with me stating it was not. Finally after three rounds of discussion she relented and brought me the missing Fettuccine Alfredo without apology. I've NEVER had a restaurant manager argue with me over an incomplete order and I'm 77 years old!
The specific issue was I wanted alfredo noodles with the chicken parm instead of the spaghetti and the manager said the Fettuccine Alfredo noodles on the chicken parm counted as one of the Tour of Italy dishes. But really, right or wrong, she kept arguing with me over nothing but a serving of Fettuccine Alfredo!

Grab my usual chicken gnocchi soup and salad with bread sticks. Could have used more chicken and gnocchi but still was delicious!

Service was great and the food was delicious. They were able to accommodate my party of 15 when I didn't to put in a reservation (bc I didn't know they do them).

I think they may be under new management - everyone was exceptional with their service and timeliness. Smelled clean and fresh inside, drinks and food were on point. Music was at the perfect level and the temp was pleasant. No more getting frozen out of the place. Will return to this location.

My experience this time was great compared to previous experiences I’ve seen they improve on keeping the areas more cleaner I had seen RR needing bad attention in the past but this time they were fine.
