Run down store needs lots of remodeling. It was out of brioche at 9:00 in the morning! Staff is NOT customer oriented. We won't go back. Update 12/14/25: Wife was sick today so I thought hot soup would be nice, tried this restaurant again. Nothing has changed since my first visit. Do not recommend, especially at their price point.

It is very unfortunate the person on the speaker right now, 12/05/2025 @ 7:07 pm, is projecting her anger onto the guests. Her attitude and tone are both very disgusting and disrespectful. She is making Panera look horrible. She should not be the personality that deals with guests.

Manager Ashley's demeanor was unwelcoming, dismissive, and unprofessional, failing to represent the brand's standards. The Manger (Ashley) is extremely bothered by patrons who uses gift cards and made it very clear and vocal. Thank you, Ashley, for your subpar management.

The food was alright....The person that greeted me at the speaker was nice and patient. I came November the 4th early morning. It was actually around 7:25 or so , the lady was really nice and checked my order. Greeted me at the window with a smile. Friendly customer service, we don't get much of that these days unfortunately. Her name was Cynthia, I could use more Cynthia's at my company.

We came in last year the food was delicious everyone was so sweet. Now it's a huge difference. The food is not as good as it was before. Plus they started to give little chicken pesto dipper. Nothing compared to back then. The coffee 🥲 it tastes like water. Where is the coffee at?
We drove thirty minutes here just for them to completely ignore us when we came! We stood in the lobby, no one greeted us, no one at the counter. Only a few customers in there and no one in the DT, so you couldn’t even justify the poor customer service with it being busy. We stood in the lobby, near the counter for a few minutes and no one came up to even take our order let alone let us know it would be a few minutes. I legitimately started to walk around looking for iPads because I thought maybe that’s where you’re supposed to order? (some stores have the iPads that you order at instead). No iPads, just terrible customer service. We ended up just walking out. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers. Will never be back.

My daughter and I have been here twice! And each time we didn't feel rushed nor unheard.
We are vegans.....yet bc we're so hungry we did get the cheese bagels ......yet having the vitamin waters available and coffee with great flavor choices like Chai always warms my heart. And they have oat milk too!!
I truly appreciate the manager making 2 fresh bagels for us too!! Like thank you for not just saying ' You're Out!'.. and our cashier Michael.... Such a kind soul!!

The ladies at this Panera made my day!! I put in a bulk order and needed it ASAP for a work lunch and they showed UP, got it done way before the estimated time. Haven’t experienced such good customer service in a long time. Thank you!!
