Bad customer service . I called and ordered over the phone with somebody at the store. . told them what I wanted and they just said okay. No time frame for it to be ready no thank you, this is your total. I said ok. That is all? He said yes that's it. ?

Me and a few hungry friends pulled up here to grab some quick food. We got the dinner box! That came with two pizzas ?, breadsticks ?, & boneless wings.It was a great deal, but you don’t get to customize the pan type. The thick crust wasn’t ideal. The sauce and cheese ratio was way off to most of us (who don’t like a ton of bread anyway) so we didn’t eat much of the main entree, the pizza. Go figure.A great deal and great service, if you like deep dish pizza and minimal sauce and cheese.
They don’t make the pizza the way you order it. They don’t add extra cheese or extra sauce. Won’t be ordering from here anymore even though it is the closest location to my home.

They used to be good but this is the third fail. Second time we ordered pan and got hand tossed. Second time it was super late. Think we might be done with Pizza Hut since you can't even contact corporate regarding

I went to the Fayetteville Pizza Hut on County-line road and was totally appalled. I called in my order over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, as I checked the pizza to ensure it was indeed my order, a roach ran across the pizza box. I was so shocked and startled my 1st reaction was to scream. The employees offered to make my another pizza; however, I declined. This has never happened to me before. I am aware that there are rodents and bugs in GA however, for them to be this comfortable to run across the pizza box as I was checking my food is too bold for me. This was totally disgusting! If I could give the atmosphere a ZERO, I would. I am very disappointed with this business. I like Pizza Hut’s pizza however, I can not eat at this restaurant ever again! The Pizza Hut on County line Road needs to bombed for roaches and other critters. I hope management will do better and ensure this restaurant is thoroughly cleaned of all roaches and other rodents before someone gets sick.
