Cynthia, the store manager, is truly exceptional. After a mix-up with DoorDash resulted in our order being canceled, even though the food had already been prepared, she stepped in without hesitation to make things right. Instead of letting the situation end there, Cynthia went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect.
