First time I've had an issue out of 5 visits. Drove 7 hours back from FL. Whole family hungry (4 adults, 1 5yr old). Ordered 6 wings - out of wings - football Sunday, okay. Ordered 12 piece dinner mild. Got home with 11 pieces (3 breast, 3 thighs, 4 legs, and 1 wing). Chicken was mixed mold and spicy (5yr old not happy, 1 of the group likes spicy). 4 biscuits vice the proper 6. Was not asked or informed of the substitutions. Stopped by next day and informed manager. He didn't...
