I did not eat there but seemed nice and clean. First time I tried Royal. I was buying for 2 people and asked if regular order was enough for 2. Was assured container would be full. It wasn't. Next time I'll make sure I order enough.
The food is very good but service is terrible even when not very busy....they just need to work on customer service.

I order from them regularly. They are always prompt and super courteous. The food is great! They are my go-to for Chinese food in Fayetteville.
Friendly and helpful staff, and the best chicken on a stick I have ever have, would definitely reccomend!

The food was great and served hot and fast. The beef just melted in my mouth. The server was very friendly and attentive. The prices may seem a little high, but well worth it. We'll definitely keep going back.

This used to be my favorite restaurant from the service to the food plus my picky 3 year old loved this location. Long story short we will never be returning to this location . Try royal sticks across the street food isn’t as good but it’s better then paying for food you never received.

The food is usually good, however on this day it did not meet expectation, did not taste fresh, and therefore was a turnoff. When paying nearly $100 for take out your expectations are you are receiving fresh and great tasting food. It’s never okay to pass alone one- to two-day old food to customers.
