I was in the area and wanted some ice cream. Can you imagine how excited I was when I searched Yelp and found Scoops??? Omgggggggggggg.I pulled in and was immediately in love with the area. Scoops sits towards the middle near the park and sits cozy in the corner. Wheelchairs would likely cause minor inconvenience to any users of them (ie people might need to move out of line slightly to make room.) however I (never used a wheelchair except for passing out in primary school) cannot be sure.
