The only reason i keep coming here is because itâs close to work. The hot coffee always tastes burned, the drive thru wait is always 15 minutes long, just bad overall

One of the worst Starbucks Iâve ever been to. Thatâs me comparing it to other locations due to me traveling in the military. Very slow, poor drink quality and staff arenât as friendly. The morning crew at this location is amazing but the afternoon/evening isnât. Shouldnât have taken this long for my sons order. Order at 6:34pm and did not receive it till 6:50pm.

Horrible experience. Waited 40 mins for my ice coffee. They called out every customer except mine. They lost my order. I had to go up to counter and ask where is my order. Also this location did want to participate in national coffee day just said they donât know about it which was yesterday national holiday

On July 19,2025 I was at another location that caused me to have an allergic reaction to a drink I told them I didnât want and was dismissed from the worker. However, instead of arguing I decided to never frequent Starbucks again until I met Nya. From start to finish she was so energetic and spoke to everyone that came in with a mask on I could still feel her smile and energy! She is a rock star âď¸ and deserves her flowers. You should clone her sheâs amazing and her service rocks too. Nya keep up the amazing work Jesus loves you strive to continue to be your best youâre amazing girl â¨â¤ď¸

I never make bad reviews, but at this point, this Starbucks has been disappointing in there service for the last few months and I have to say something about it because they are all rude here its never a time that I've gotten something from the store and be happy with the service provided in the drive thru or in the store. This location needs a whole new team.
