On July 19,2025 I was at another location that caused me to have an allergic reaction to a drink I told them I didn’t want and was dismissed from the worker. However, instead of arguing I decided to never frequent Starbucks again until I met Nya. From start to finish she was so energetic and spoke to everyone that came in with a mask on I could still feel her smile and energy! She is a rock star ⭐️ and deserves her flowers. You should clone her she’s amazing and her service rocks too. Nya keep up the amazing work Jesus loves you strive to continue to be your best you’re amazing girl ✨❤️

I never make bad reviews, but at this point, this Starbucks has been disappointing in there service for the last few months and I have to say something about it because they are all rude here its never a time that I've gotten something from the store and be happy with the service provided in the drive thru or in the store. This location needs a whole new team.

I used to be a loyal customer and visited this place often because of the decent experience I had in the past. However, over time, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of customer service. The staff no longer maintains the same level of friendliness and attentiveness, which has made the overall atmosphere feel less welcoming. On top of that, there has been a noticeable increase in mistakes with my orders, which has added to the frustration.

I've visited my share of Starbuck's and this one is very good. Always greeted and acknowledged by staff. They are very busy so the wait times may very but the staff is usually very nice and accommodating. I actually don't live near this location but will drive out of my way to come here bcause of the experience and quality of the drinks.

I drove 15 mins and waited 15 mins in the drive-thru line, drove up to order and no one announced their self to take my order. I waited at least 5 mins. The screen was not working so I assumed it was broken. I drove up and waited another 5-7 mins to get to the window, just for the girl to tell me that I had to drive back around which I did not have time for since I had to get back to work. Thanks for offering the worst resolution when your employees could not work in a timely manner.

Didnt seem to friendly walked in no one spoke 5 people behind the counter not 1 of them smiled the whole time i was there the person that made my coffee didn't seem to care that some of it spilled on the outside of my cup I wiped it off had decaf and reg I asked the lady which one is decaf she responded it's labeled... 1st time at this location didn't feel welcomed...
For the most part on a good day, I love this cafe. On the other hand: THEY ARE ALWAYS RANDOMLY closing their lobby. It's always a "couple of issues". Very strange.

So very sad the customer service here is horrible today. I normally come every other day to get my coffee before work and today was no different. We had the worst experience. We got turned away for having an $100 bill when there’s no sign saying they don’t accept big bills then we come back and ask if we can get our coffee freshly made and was givien the same exact coffee that’s been sitting on their counters, unacceptable. If you’re gonna sell $9 coffees you need to sell them fresh otherwise it’s a complete waste of money. We go back to the window and tell them the coffee was not freshly made and the girl ( think her name was Ari/ Aria) and just says okay and grabs it, knowing she was the one who took our order heard our complaint and still decided to give it to us. Today is Sunday November 24 at 10:50am

Ordered a venti mocha and the top of the whipped cream was two inches below the rim. Employees barely acknowledge customers. Will be going to a different location from now on.

I had wanted a Starbuck's Reusable Red Cup, but I was told my order wasn't a "seasonal" drink. I can't understand how ANY drink served could be considered NOT "seasonal" if it was served WITHIN the season!
