Ms. Rose made our day! My 7 yr old never had a Frappuccino and today was his first time. He gasped in awe when he saw Rose adding the whipped cream. She made it with love and with a smile. Rose, you made someone happy today! And your impeccable customer care skills don’t go unnoticed. I hope your managers recognize it. We are definitely coming back!
I purchase drinks and food almost daily. Most of the people that work there are awesome. When they HAVE the items I would like to purchase they taste great. 😋 Half the time they are out of most food products listed in the menu. They are always out of whipped cream. Other items too.They always have broken machines. Today the blender was not working. One time they were unable to make Coffee! They consistently open late. Sometimes 11am. They close around 5pm when the hours are...
I had my tip out but they continued having a personal conversation ignoring me even tho my drink was ready and he was holding it. I kept my tip and won't be back. My usual drink was not made
