I went with my Grandson today for the first time and I thought the food was good, the onion rings were delicious and I must have them again, also the Manager on duty was very nice and professional, I think her name was Jo Jo, sorry if that’s not it. She is also the hiring Manager. We got our food pretty quickly too. I even like that they bring the condiments to you eliminating all the waste and messiness of them all over the counter.
Where's the beef? We went in as a family of three. Cost was $42 for 2x #1s add cheese and 1 #2. There were 2 other couples there at 6pm. Red flag. We waited maybe 8 mins for our food. I finished my fries before our shakes were brought out. But that poor burger. I'm not for sure if that's what you call it. The bun was big, I'll give them that. The burger was exactly that of mcdonalds but cold. So so thin. There was some lettuce and chopped onions with two pickles and mustard. So when I order a burger, please be hot, if there's cheese, please be melted. Neither. I have no idea what the hype is and why they have a chain, unfortunately we won't be back. Milkshakes were powdered and not mixed entirely. So sad.

At this location, I’m usually satisfied except for they seem to be running behind with orders when I do pre-orders but today I went through the drive-through and I ordered my sandwich. It did not have mayonnaise on it so I went back through the line to get mayonnaise they gave me mayonnaise for me to put on there but now I have two cars in front of me. One in each lane and I’m ready to go and I can’t leave because now they’re taking all day again to make peoples orders and now I’m late to work because I’m sitting behind two other customers and I can’t get out but if my sandwich was made right the first time I would be at work already

My husband works 12 to 14 hour shifts gets off super early in the morning where this is the only thing open. He has been this location 4 times since 29th of September and every time something is missing and he has to wait 10 to 20 minutes after he ordered 15 minutes ahead and there maybe 2 to no cars there. Was missing a egg on my egg n sausage biscuit. Another time missing extra sausage patty. Every time missing the gravy. This last time my chicken biscuit was dry and missing the gravy. This food is way to expensive to be having consistent problems like this.
