The food is pretty good, but it's more expensive than most of the other fast food places around here. However, the main drawback to going to Whataburger is that they almost always screw up the order in one way or another. Of the dozens of times we have gone here since they opened, I'd guess or order has been correct less than a handful. The staff is usually friendly and helpful about fixing it, if I catch it before I leave, but it never gets any better.

Clean atmosphere. Food is always fresh. Too many kids working here with not even micro managing. Manager is professional and nice. But it's hard to handle the kids by herself.

Food is nothing to be excited about, bland. Forgot our sauces and had to ask cashier who ignored me for 2 purchases before I had to interrupt the next person in line to ask for the sauces.

Upon return visit, the quality of the food has declined. I was disappointed because I wanted their burger. I feel like I wasted my money. It was salty, full of onions, and the patty is thinner.
Too expensive and the food is basic, i asked for ketchup on my burger and i got a dry burger with hella lettuce, cold cheese and plastic bacon

For this place to be new, it is so disfunctioned and unorganized. The second drive thru lane is extremely pointless if no one is outside to accept payment. Hopefully, they will get it together soon.

First time eating here and I was really expecting it to be much more than it was 😂 don’t get me wrong the burger was good, made tight and hot, the fries weren’t good at all!! No salt, slightly warm at best and I loved the big drink!! But honestly the burger tasted like a Sonic burger. Was the combo worth $15, I don’t know. But it was an experience. I did curbside pickup and the girl that brought my order out was really nice (wish I’d got her name) but we may go back (one day)😂
Parking: Parking was cool, pulled right into a front spot
Kid-friendliness: There were kids there.🤷🏽♀️

I've been trying to get food from here since they opened, but with everything new, everybody and their momma was flooding the drive through. Much to my surprise, I was able to order on what seemed to be a slow down (side note, that didn't last long a testimony to what I'm about to say). I don't care how long the line is, I will be ordering. The food was just that great and delicious. I bought the double with cheese and my bestie got a double with jalapenos and I also ordered a single with cheese and bacon for my other half. Let me tell you, the burger was so so big, I had to cut it in half. I was full until the next morning. I'm a little on the plus size, but I had no business eating that whole burger at one time. Me and my bestie agreed, they are definitely on our list as the go to for burgers. We plan to try all the sandwiches 😁, but in moderation. This joint could definitely be addictive. Thank you for moving to the neighborhood.
