We ordered 2 combos, 1 (15) piece & 1 (10) piece. The 10 piece was correct, however the 15 piece only had 10. This was discovered once home. We called & called over 20 times to inform them & they would NEVER answer the phone. The owner of this location probably would be appalled to realize how much money they're losing due to staff not answer. This took place on 1/12/23 about 3ish so they were not super busy. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE LEAVING. IT SUCKS TO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR ? #Notthefirsttime

Every time we come here, the food tastes great, but they can never get an order right to save their life. My husband and I tried several times online to order here since we both work long work hours. And every single time, they never get the order right either by the chicken itself or the condiments ordered. We always get the 50 PC, and when we ordered online a few times we got an order that wasn't even thing we ordered in the first place. 50pcs usually come in aluminum trays, this order had the small Styrofoam tray. Of course the order is handled by Door dash, so any gripes we have we have to make our way to the store to confirm its the wrong thing. The only way you can confirm what you get is if you stand over the people in the restaurant and check your bag before leaving the building. Don't get me started on management. Management has never apologized for the wrong orders, then if you complain to Wingstop corporate they send you a $10 gift card that can only be used electronically. I don't even want to touch it because I'm scared that this store will get it wrong and I have to drive myself up there again. Parking is very tight, people park however they like, and it gets crowded quickly, no one does a thing about it. Management needs a serious overhaul. The manager we dealt with acted like he didn't know what he was doing.

I ordered 10 corns AND DID NOT RECEIVE 1 MY ORDER CAME UP TO $89.00 AND WAS NOT WORTH IT. I called them several times and no one answered, Uber eats refunded me some of my money back. THEY MUST DO BETTER.

Meant to post yesterday but I went in person to place an order. 16 piece for my wife and a chicken sandwich meal.After it was ready front counter lady was confused why I was still at the front. She didn’t give me my drink and here’s the kicker. I should have checked the bag because once I got home I didn’t even have my chicken sandwich. I didn’t go back because I decided not to get a receipt and I know I probably wouldn’t get my money back or food.Always have a receipt and check your food at this location. They weren’t understaff they clearly don’t know what they’re doing at this location.

Make sure you count your food before you leave, because if they short you, they expect you to bring your food back for them to count. Also, they say that they're open until midnight, but I've had the staff refuse to take my order at 10pm, due to being too backed up with online orders.
