Food is the same at any other WNB location. The woman at the front counter was very rude, could barely speak or understand English and refused to.bag one item in the order separately. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other location in town.

When someone asks for crispy wings there should be no reason the wings are still soggy (without sauce). If you do not want to take the time to properly cook someone’s meal please close because you only had 1 job.

I had a call in order. I asked the lady behind the counter to make sure my fries were crispy. When I got my french fries they were soggy and cold and she told me that is nothing she could do behind the counter. She told me and she didn’t put my stuff in the bag, and that was it,m
Each member of my family are very satisfied and loved WnB Factory!Specifically, the best of them all is located on Bank Crossing Rd by JC Penny!The staff who take orders work very quickly and accurately, and they always have a bright, polite and energetic attitude, which makes me feel good.Also, we have been visit very often and take-out it, and the cook there is always so perfect that we couldn't be disappointed.It's very fantastic! I guess I will probably continue to enjoy the food there.Thank you all !

This place is a hit or miss. Food do be good but if I order wings with a side of sauce, I get fried wings with sauce on the side. 2nd thing is They always outta the Oreo milkshake flavor. Like always. I bet if you go in there today they’ll always have STRAWBERRY. WNB is good this location is not.
