When someone asks for crispy wings there should be no reason the wings are still soggy (without sauce). If you do not want to take the time to properly cook someone’s meal please close because you only had 1 job.

I had a call in order. I asked the lady behind the counter to make sure my fries were crispy. When I got my french fries they were soggy and cold and she told me that is nothing she could do behind the counter. She told me and she didn’t put my stuff in the bag, and that was it,m
Each member of my family are very satisfied and loved WnB Factory!Specifically, the best of them all is located on Bank Crossing Rd by JC Penny!The staff who take orders work very quickly and accurately, and they always have a bright, polite and energetic attitude, which makes me feel good.Also, we have been visit very often and take-out it, and the cook there is always so perfect that we couldn't be disappointed.It's very fantastic! I guess I will probably continue to enjoy the food there.Thank you all !

This place is a hit or miss. Food do be good but if I order wings with a side of sauce, I get fried wings with sauce on the side. 2nd thing is They always outta the Oreo milkshake flavor. Like always. I bet if you go in there today they’ll always have STRAWBERRY. WNB is good this location is not.

The facility was very clean, nice atmosphere to sit in to eat. TV for entertainment and music. I was greeted when entered. Everyone was nice.This place reminds me of Touchdown wings,only they have milkshakes; which is nice?. The food was good. I will make a return visit. This was my first visit for us.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
I ordered a 60 pc wing over the phone and got in and paid for it only to realize he charged me for a 6 pc. I was very nice about the mistake and told him I said 60 pc but he barely speaks English so I assumed he was saying 60 pc also but the funny thing is he didn’t want to accept the fact he made a mistake. They didn’t want to make my rice over so everything would be hot and I couldn’t get a refund on the 6 pc he charged me for! I was going to dispute it, but I will do even better and not go here anymore. A mistake is a mistake, but not accepting the responsibility of the mistake is the problem!
