Terrible Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with a young employee wearing a blue bandana. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional—dirty looks, negative energy, and no customer service skills whatsoever. I’m not going into every detail, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. If management doesn’t believe me, check the footage. Hiring people with no people skills is a bad look for any business. I won’t be returning, and a simple “sorry”...

Diamond is an absolute gem! This young lady is so respectful and deserves a raise. She gave me the vegan cheese and changed her gloves without me even having to ask, and explained that they didn’t have artichoke, so respectfully.
This young lady deserves recognition and a raise!! Will definitely visit again just off of the customer service alone.
The vegan pizza is delicious, vegan cheese and vegan sausage! Yum! :)

This is a review from my first visit. Great concept. Most employees were friendly, maybe the one guy was having a bad day. I was on my lunch break, and the pizza took forever. The whole bottom of the pizza was burned. By the time I got my pizza, I had to scarf it down and had sore gums for two days ( if you know ,ya know). I will give a different location a try because I have been told most of the time the food is good.
