The workers were more concerned with getting off than getting orders out! Waited over 30mins as I watched them complete other orders

I ordered on the app and arrived at the store, they let the kitchen know that I was there. After about 5 minutes, they informed me that they didn't have any wings ready and it would be about 15 minutes before they would be ready. I was ok with that. They gave me a cookie for waiting. I finally got my order at home which was ordered as BIG. When I opened it, there weren't any extra fries and the wings looked terrible. I was not happy with the food but the staff was very accommodating.

I received wings that were clearly overcooked, refried in sauce, and then resauced again. Completely unacceptable. I also paid extra for a container of seasoning salt, and the portion provided was frankly insulting. Please see the attached photo. It’s disappointing to say, but when quality and consistency fall this low, it makes a strong case for automation in food service. At least a robot wouldn’t serve food like this.

Love the salads here but tomatoes are always mushy and tasteless so I leave those off. Also the consistency of quantity of ingredients for the salads is off.

Placed online order , went to pickup they said wifi was messed up . Well they took my $25 and I didn’t get my online order. Needless to say won’t be going back to this location.

I've been coming here for a long time and it has declined terribly every time the new quesadilla I ordered was thrown in a box sloppy falling apart soggy not even grilled just chicken in a tortilla when I to ask a question the person who answered was not pleasant.

The food could have been fresh. Fries soggy over seasoned, wings dry under seasoned. Toast is always great! Service was decent. Order via Drive through so I gave 5 stars for atmosphere considering how clean it is.

Zaxbys has always been good to me. It’s one of my go to places to eat lunch and they never disappoint on taste flavor and their signature bread. All I have to say is that they do take long to give your food to u for curbside and we always have to call and remind them that we’re there. But, Overall It is a great restaurant and is very delicious, HIGHLY recommend!!
