Parents beware !!! Do not let your kids work here , My son is 16 years old I ask them to take him off schedule because his grades are very bad since he started working , And they refuse to because to they stated he works for them not me , When iam his voice he is a minor so now my son is not listening to me and leaving out the house going to work, At this time I will get the news involved !!My son is at risk of not graduating this is reason I ask them to take him off schedule, Ultimately they will be contributing to him not getting a high school diploma.

I came to this Zaxby’s around 1pm today. I don’t WHO was cooking today but whoever they are they need to STAY. My chicken was hot, juicy, and crispy. My fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. This was the best Zaxby’s meal I’ve had in a while. Great job to the cooks.

This Zaxby location being the oldest one of the 3 in town is still a nice place to eat. Well kept, good food, people are receptive, just a good Zaxbys.

Food was cold and fries were floppy and mushy. Ordered a Dr Pepper and got Peach Iced Tea. The only good part was the sauce, which they couldn’t mess up.

Update: I was called at 5:41 pm. I was speaking to Summer who I mentioned in the initial post. She’s very pleasant and accommodating. She’s new to the position and of course there are growing pains, but she’s patient, knowledgeable and very kind. I know the leaders that will learn under her will thrive. The guests experience is truly important to her and it shows how she handles the store. Shout out again to Summer and Isaiah. Kyle was great too on my return visit.
12/12/24-I had a horrible service experience, I contacted via the website and have not been contacted for follow up. Isiah and Summer were very helpful and apologetic during the interaction. I’ll be happy to share details if contacted by management. Severally disappointed with the experience and the lack of follow up.

We eat here pretty regular and the restaurant is always clean, the food is timely and yummy, and the employees are always awesome. We've had to get drinks filled at the counter for months now because several drinks won't dispense from their lobby all-in-one drink machine. I assume they'll fix it at some point (months, guys, holy cow) but everything else is phenomenal.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No manager in site bunch of kids working ordering and cooking. Their friends coming in and chatting. Terrible service, I hate this zaxby's

Ordered on app to make sure order was placed correctly. Arrived, food was ready, cashier verified the drinks (and I verified food order). Hands me the drinks, I head out as I was short on time...get down the road, come to find out was given 2 large UNSWEET teas instead of 2 large SWEET teas...I guess it doesn't matter which Zaxby's I visit, will have to VERIFY everything thing..

I ordered a meal and an extra Sprite, I drove off and noticed that the extra Sprite that I ordered was actually a water. I pulled up to the drive through window and was met by a girl named London, she had an attitude when I told her that I had gotten a water instead of a sprite. She gave me another Sprite, I told her to wait while I put my straw in to taste it so I could make sure that the Sprite had run out, it tasted weird so I told her to just give me a Diet Coke. London proceeded to pour herself a small cup of Sprite and have her and a girl named Syanna try one as well. London came back to the window and tells me that “we tasted the Sprite, it tastes fine but if you want the Diet Coke then you can have it…” with an attitude. I proceed to tell her that her and I have different tastes buds and while it tastes fine for you, it doesn’t to me and that’s why I asked for a Diet Coke, then asked for her manager, which was named Olivia. Olivia apologized, but didn’t seem sympathetic at all. I asked for her card, she said that she didn’t have one. I asked for corporate’s number and she said there was only a survey available to take. I hope anyone coming here around 9:00 understands that they will be met with disgruntled workers with attitude problems. I will be calling corporate, and I will also be doing this survey and letting them know if my experience. As someone who worked for Marriott for several years, I know great service and this was NOT it. Very disappointing that kids catch attitudes with adults for simply asking for a different soft drink that THEY paid for.
