Had to wait 20 minutes on plate . It was 1 plate of food . They were extremely rude. The lady didn't hand me my food and it was done for 15 minutes . I finally got my plate and it was not correct at all , and extremely cold . Not to add the fact that my 2 year old daughter found a piece of some young lady's braid in her chicken i gave her . Very rude customer service. Would recommend driving further to get zaxbys . DO NOT GO TO THIS ZAXBGS AT ALL !!!

Dirty, no tea, had to ask to order(not busy/3 customers dining in), hazmat sticker on door(I guess it's a joke?), just so happens a police officer walked from out of kitchen. Just ew and wth is going on here.
I ordered online. The food was ready when I got b there. There is no curbside at this restaurant regardless of what the app says. The food was hot and correct.

I ordered dinner online to be picked up at the Zebulon Rd store. I placed the order about 4:45. I got there one minute before the time given. I was told it would be a couple minutes, I said fine. Meanwhile people are picking up their orders, placing orders and leaving with their food. I tried to be patient and nice but after 25 minutes of waiting I had enough. The food I received was cold, 2 items were missing from the order. I will never spend my money in a Zaxbys restaurant again.

I ordered with the app. On the app there are 2 options curbside or walk in. I opted for curbside pickup, as drive up wasn't available. I checked in when I parked in the only curbside spot when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes, then went inside to find my order sitting in the dining room pickup shelf. My food was cold. The team members ignored me when I tried to communicate with them. I referred to the email, and it indicated to contact the location by phone. I called several (6) times, the phone was never answered. I called the corporate office, where I was on hold for 25+ minutes, listening to "all team members are assisting other customers, please hold and next available agent will be with you shortly." Zaxby's customer service is atrocious!
