This is a great Zaxby's location and there are always people inside eating. The drive thru is hectic sometimes but they get you out fairly quick. There is a designated spot for online order pick ups and I have never had to wait very long if my order was not already done and on a shelf when I arrived.The food was good and the attendants were helpful and quick.
Used to be my go to place when I came to visit in town. Now it’s become a hassle to just get in and get my order. Waiting over 40 min to get food and the order is always wrong or they forget something make me just wait for the next one I cross paths with down the road. Something needs to be done in the back end of this place to get more efficient especially if you have specific times of the day you know it’s going to be demanding.

Not much to say when a fast food restaurant starts cutting things out of their menu. Food is ok. Almost as good as it should be. Miss the multiple items that Zaxby's no longer offers. Also, McDonalds has the " our shake machine is down" all wrapped up.
