Poor service and attitude of worker even worse ordered fried chicken only to be told by worker when we get to window to pay they didn’t have it wanted us to take tenders. When we refused we were told then they would have to cook the fried chicken 20 min wait. Waited 28 mins and when the worker brought out food it wasn’t correct. Had to go in and ask for our items. Don’t waste your time going here.

The service is very respectful, friendly, and easygoing. Many customers drive more than 30 minutes just to visit this location because of the quality and taste of the fried chicken and desserts. Although it might be a quiet place with not many sit-in customers, it remains the best Bojangles in 20 miles any direction. Customers appreciate that the staff is accommodating, such as honoring a free combo offer when the app didn't process correctly. Overall, Bojangles remains a popular choice for customers, especially for holiday meals, but attention to detail is needed to ensure every order is complete.
