Minus some employee apathy & inaccuracy (like today), the food is pretty good. Unfortunately CFA now has the same level of unconcerned customer service as any other similar place. I do wish CFA keep the option of a spicy grilled sandwich; and I also wish that when they change the recipes the quality wouldn’t suffer with the taste. And not give you less fries by changing the size of the box…and prices would reflect that.

Great service and food. Parking lot needs some help. It took 10 mins to park. The drive through setup needs work. I feel bad for the employees that have to direct traffic to let cars out of the drive through once they receive there food. The parking lot is one way with 3 lines. The drive through you have to go around the building twice to get your food then a third time to leave.

This morning I had an exceptional experience at this Chick-Fil-A location. The guy at the drive-thru intercom had the most sweet and nice energy, it was a very short interaction but made me feel so special the whole day. Also the young man who delivered my food was super kind and professional. I know Chick-Fil-A is known for their great customer service but this time it made it more special for me.
