Riley is amazing!!!! She gave me top notch customer service!!!
I was hesitant to place an online order for a custom cake based on some of these reviews but the whole process was easy from start to finish. I placed the order through the app on a Tuesday and picked it up on a Thursday. The store closest to me (cough cough Hamilton Mill) could NEVER find my order when I ordered in the past and gave excuses as to why they ruined our celebrations. I've come 2 Sunday's in a row and they have NO spoons to eat ice-cream. They gave me a fork!!! Really. Service was nice but I don't eat ice-cream with a fork!!!
