I love Popeyes food. However this location is almost never really that busy. Each time I’ve pulled up I have to leave because the wait time is too long. I had to wait 20 mins before the line started moving to place an order. Idk what it is but this location needs more employees or better management because they are always out of something. They were out of ranch and Mac & cheese.

Beyond Disappointed with the service provided at 8 pm on a Saturday night. We went through the drive through and had to wait several minutes before we got someone to take our order, and then were told when we ordered they just got wiped out of classic chicken and would have to wait 10 minutes. I said fine and proceeded with the order. Pulled around and paid and then were asked to pull ahead to wait. 15 minutes later we finally got the bag of food and departed. When we arrived home we realized we were missing part of the order. When we called to complain, the manager was quite rude and unapologetic. We won't be going back or recommending this Popeye's to anyone.

I’m telling ya, this is the worst I’ve ever seen Popeyes! Of course prices have gone up but the portions are much smaller. It’s almost like I got a kids meal. The popcorn shrimp still had the tails on them and came in a very small cup. The tartar sauce was bad. Fries really didn’t taste that well. The chicken was okay. Very disappointed in a place that used to be great. The cashier was nice to me but others working there didn’t seem to be. I’m not ever going back to Popeyes’s ever again.

Food was Ight at best slow ass service tho ordered for pickup waited 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant food wasn't ready there was a lot of people waiting for food too took a extra 24 minutes in the restaurant to get our food and still they missed a couple of items I had ordered they need to get a new manager or faster workers!!!!'
I ordered according to the menu. As I was paying, the attendant charged several dollars more. I asked why the overcharge, she said that was an old menu on the order sign. I told her that she should honor the posted menu. She never apologized or reduced the cost.

Lady running the drive through was very rude and was super defensive and aggressive with everything I said. Always correcting me in a condescending manner. Made whole experience horrible, don’t even want to come back. Food would’ve been better had there not been a bad taste in my mouth from her.
