Popeyes food in general is great! I love their chicken sandwiches better than any other fast food restaurants.. The thing about this specific location is you never know how good the quality of the food is going to be or what kind of customer service experience you're going to have. Some employees are amazing at their job, others are ridiculously bad.. My husband and I had dinner here last night. The chicken was hot, very crispy, and had good flavor. The pieces were a generous size, especially the breast. It was a bit greasy, but worth it fir the flavor. The Popeye's biscuits are really good. I could have eaten a dozen. We got the Cajun fries and rice & beans as our sides. Ordered through GrubHub for 11:45am pickup so that at lunch time @ noon I'll have time to eat even though knowing that it'll be cold by then. Got there at 12:00pm and it wasn't ready. Got it at 12:15 even though I was the only one inside. Not only were they late, the food still tasted like it sat since 11:45. Giving 2 stars not 1 because I don't expect fresh food from fast foods anyway
