Move over morning coffee and RUN to Rise Up Nutrition for a HUGE variety of healthy loaded teas, beauty beverages, specialty drinks and coffees, post workout shakes and a TON of protein shakes! I love the tastes and variety of the drinks and how most all of them help replace a meal or help give me the focus I need to get through a tough work day. So many options that are good for you and served by the sweetest people. Try the Batman if you have a child or need a post Friday night...

I was traveling through the area on a work trip, staying at hotels and needed a healthy option for breakfast. Found this gem in Flowery Branch. Super awesome atmosphere, great conversation with the owner, and delicious drink options. Highly recommend 😊
