Move over morning coffee and RUN to Rise Up Nutrition for a HUGE variety of healthy loaded teas, beauty beverages, specialty drinks and coffees, post workout shakes and a TON of protein shakes! I love the tastes and variety of the drinks and how most all of them help replace a meal or help give me the focus I need to get through a tough work day. This place has great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're willing to answer any questions and help you pick what is right for you. I have gotten both shakes and teas here. My picture is of their seasonal Gryffindor tea. And it was delicious. My son also enjoys getting things from here. You can either dine in or carry out your order. It is a very clean place. I will definitely be back time and time again. You definitely get your dollars worth here.
